face paint palette for neon eyeliner

NYX used to have these pastel/neon liquid liners that I lovvvveddd, but they’d always dry out so fast and I’d rebuy again and again. Then they were discontinued and I heard somewhere to use face paint for neon eyeliner. And it works! Much cheaper too.
